16. Penalty Clause

Any default in payment shall invite penal interest as provided in Rule 15 of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Rules 2017.

17. Maintenance

0 maintenance for 5 years, however operating and running cost has to be paid.

18. Which body will oversee the maintenance after possession:

Colonizer will take care of maintenance for 5 years. Post 5 years it will be handed over to RWA.
