15. In case of surrender/cancellation of flat by a successful applicant, following amount shall be forfeited in addition to Rs. 25,000/- along with applicable taxes/charges/fee etc:

16. Penalty Clause

Any default in payment shall invite penal interest as provided in Rule 15 of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Rules 2017.

17. Maintenance

0 maintenance for 5 years, however operating and running of utility and additional services cost has to be paid.

18. Which body will oversee the maintenance after possession

Colonizer or its nominated agency will take care of maintenance for 5 years. Post 5 years it will be handed over to RWA.
