YEIDA has started rolling out its plans to provide connectivity boost to realty not just in Greater Noida but in the NCR as a whole.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in a fresh move, will be linking Greater Noida with Jewar Airport through 60m wide road. The Authority has already floated tenders for the construction of this link road. This upcoming 4.1 km long road will be an important link for the proposed industrial hubs in Sectors 21, 28 and 29.Running along Expressway, this road will be crucial for internal movement within the industrial city. Once these industrial clusters become functional as great employment hub, this road will be very vital for connectivity point of view. Earlier, the Authority had constructed a 30m wide road stretch along the Expressway. Significantly, YEIDA had earlier built the main carriageway, extending up to 30 km along the Yamuna Expressway. The upcoming 60m wide road will further enhance the connectivity, acting as a link to Jewar Airport, via the Interchange. It will also be serving as a primary link for the proposed mega projects like 100 Acre Apparel & Toy City, 25 Acre Film City, Medicinal Device Park.
Says Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global and Chairman, Assocham, National Council on Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development, ” This is a crucial move to enhance connectivity in the Greater Noida, which will benefit NCR as a whole. Importantly, recently NHAI had announced to link Jewar Airport with upcoming Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The Metro link from Greater Noida to Jewar Airport and from Jewar Airport to IGIA, has already been proposed. All these road and metro connections will be a great boost to massive residential, commercial developments in the upcoming 6000 hectare Heritage City near Jewar Airport. This will turn the whole region into a hot investment hub.
