The growth of Gurugram’s outskirts is mainly owing to improved connectivity, infrastructure, and urbanisation. Post-pandemic, however, people are looking for projects that will provide them with a better lifestyle while also meeting their health needs in a green setting. Sohna Road is typically a prominent residential and a commercial destination with developed infrastructure and sound connectivity. The neighborhood’s appeal has remained due to various offerings in commercial, luxury, middle-income, and low-cost housing. South Gurugram, as it is currently known, has made a substantial improvement on many key livability index parameters, indicating that it has the potential to evolve into a self-sufficient city in the next five to seven years.
