Sohna Road propelling as a luxury abode for end-users

The growth of Gurugram’s outskirts is mainly owing to improved connectivity, infrastructure, and urbanisation. Post-pandemic, however, people are looking for projects that will provide them with a better lifestyle while also meeting their health needs in a green setting. Sohna Road is typically a prominent residential and a commercial destination with developed infrastructure and sound connectivity. The area has maintained the interest of the people owing to the variety of offerings including commercial, mid-income, and affordable housing and luxury floors in Gurgaon even. The Haryana government has pictured development of theme hubs, namely Leisure Hub, Sports Hub and Leather Hub along the KMP Expressway within the vicinity of Sohna.

The demand has shifted since the outbreak. Now, the market has exploded in regions like Sohna Road, providing them with options that allow them to be close to their office without sacrificing space, size, or location. Sohna Road will benefit from better connectivity when the first phase of the Delhi-Mumbai E-way opens towards the end of 2021. The Sohna to Rajiv Chowk E-way on NH8 will also be open, with six lanes controlled by access.

With the expansion of the capital Region (NCR) to incorporate more close-by towns of Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, improved connectivity and frantic economic activity, the tier-II and tier-III cities are increasingly witnessing the acceptance of planned housing projects. The expanding presence of affluent residences in regions such as Sohna Road attests to the Gurugram real estate market’s growing luxury trend.
