Affordable Housing has always been the buzz word in the real state arena for more than a decade now, but it received greater prominence only in 2015, when the Modi government made a grand announcement of providing ‘Housing for All by 2022’ – India’s 75th year of independence. The pandemic has made people understand the importance of owing a home because ‘Apna Ghar Apna hi hota hai’ and now developers are adopting different ways to interact with the home-buyers and seeking for their preferences at the priority. Adding on, Signature Global has already delivered more than 2800 units and will be delivering another 2500 by March 2021. Last but the least, our aim is to serve at least 1 lakh units to the nation by 2022 to achieve the Housing for All mission.
