Sector 81: the hidden treasure of Gurugram Realty



One of the dynamic addition to the newly developing micro-market of New Gurugram realty is Sector 81. The growth of economic office spaces and IT / ITeS sector has given an incredible impetus to the general residential demand in New Gurugram, and Sector 81 has also benefitted in a significant way. This sector comprises of several completed and upcoming housing projects, developed by renowned developers. Some of the key projects in the sector include Signature Synera and Signature Signum 81, DLF Ultima to name a few. The section will function an alternate to bypassing the severely clogged Kherki Daula toll for those travelling on NH 48 from Jaipur to Delhi, also as providing simpler access to inhabitants residing on the Dwarka Expressway.
