Affordable Housing has gained currency over the last few years. The current government understands that quality, quantity, availability and affordability of housing are the key drivers for a country’s economic competitiveness.

Backed by the policies by the government – RERA, GST and CLSS, affordable housing has gained momentum. There has been a continuous support by the government for affordable segment. With its increasing popularity and prevalence amongst the home buyers, several developers have started developing their projects catering to this particular segment. The developers have started realizing, that building affordable homes is not just the prerogative of the government in power, but must form an integral part of their business and duty.
