The revised plans of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) to link Delhi Metro with Delhi- Alwar Rapid Rail Transport System (RRTS) and Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to connect Delhi Metro with Delhi- Meerut RRTS will set a stage for big connectivity boost to real estate in the NCR.
Haryana Metro Rail transport Corporation (HMRTC) already has a detailed planning report regarding opening up of new metro route in Gurugram. In February this year, the DPR was submitted by RITES to connect HUDA City Cenre with Sector 23 via Subhash Chowk, Hero Honda Chowk, Dwarka Expressway near Sectors 101-104, Sector 4-5 Crossing and Sectors 9, 9A 10 and 10 A. Now , GDA has asked for a revised DPR to link up Delhi Metro Line in Gurugram with Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) and Rapid Metro .Similarly, in Ghaziabad, the GDA has asked for revision of DPR for Phase 3 of Delhi Metro linking Noida Electronics City with Mohan Nagar for connecting it with RRTS.
