The GMDA’s planned new entry and exit on elevated highway link to Sohna , will further help improve connectivity and mobility between Sohna and Gurgaon , in turn bolstering realty.
GMDA has written to NHAI to make provision for this crucial exit on Sohna- Rajiv Chowk (on NH8), offering to bear the construction cost. This exit will be very beneficial for those commuters coming from Sohna and headed towards Golf Course Road and new sectors (68-70). They will be able to take exit at Vatika Chowk and then take Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). This will help ease traffic on city’s arterial roads and in turn result in faster mobility. Meanwhile, the GMDA has approved the proposal for a underpass at Vatika Chowk and the construction work will start soon. Its construction cost will be borne by the GMDA. Residential properties like Signature Global Park on Sohna road, sector 36, South of Gurugram will get directly benefitted through all such developments.
Says Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global Group and Chairman Assocham National Council on Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development, ” The new exit point will further improve the utility of 6-lane access controlled Sohna eway from the connectivity and mobility point of view. The Sohna eway is expected to be completed by the year end. Even the Delhi- Mumbai eway that has a node at elevated Sohna eway , will be completed by 2022 end. All this will make Sohna much more attractive from the point of view of enhanced connectivity, luring both end users and investors”.
