Logistics and transport boost to Greater Noida Realty



With multimodal logistic and transport hubs coming up in Greater Noida at the cost of Rs 7725 crore, the real estate in the region is set for a big boost.

The upcoming Multi Modal Logistic Hub (MMLH) and Multimodal Transport Hub (MMTH) are part of the Integrated Industrial Township of Greater Noida Limited(IITGNL). A separate Authority has been formed for these twin mega projects coming up over 750 acres, The MMLH in the form of a Freight Village is being developed as a world class facility. It will have large scale warehousing and cold storage facilities. Besides having standard container maintenance activities, it will also offer various value-added services. These services will significantly cut logistics cost, improving the overall operational efficiency. The dedicated freight corridors(DFHs)will facilitate transportation of goods. All in all, the freight companies and customers will get full services at single point. The MMTH will have Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT), Local Bus Terminal (LBT), metro. With the railway station in close proximity, transportation/passenger travel across India will get a boost. The hotel facilities will also be there. This will be the third major real estate and infrastructure development project, after Film City and Heritage City.
