Says Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, and Chairman, Assocham – National Council on Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development, ” The buying sentiment of home buyers is still good due to a number of factors. This is especially true in case of end users. Not only prices are attractive, even home loan rates are very comfortable. Online home buying with flexible payment plans further add to the convenience of home buyers. Good inventory of ready homes with deals is yet another attraction”.
