With the Badshahpur-Sohna stretch of Rajiv Chowk(Gurgaon) – Sohna elevated road getting ready to be thrown open for traffic this month end, the South of Gurgaon real estate is set to get wings for a flight to high growth.
According to NHAI, which is constructing this 21 km long six-lane eway, this access-controlled road will become fully operational by March when the 9km stretch between Rajiv Chowk and Badshahpuyr gets completed in the next two months. Most of the work on this alignment has already been completed. Meanwhile the stretch between Badshahpur and Sohna is being readied to be opened in a week’s time while the work on Rajiv Chowk- Badshahpur package is on track for completion by March.
Once the entire road gets operationalised by the end of March, the commuters will have a fast and smooth ride from NH8 (Rajiv Chowk) to Sohnawhich has come up as an affordable housing hub. This will provide relief from the major traffic bottlenecks including the one at Vatika Chowk. What more, the Delhi-Mumbai eway which is having connectivity with Sohna elevated road, will provide further connectivity/mobility boost to South of Gurgaon real estate.The Haryana portion of the Delhi-Mumbai eway will be completed early next fiscal while the entire expressway will be ready next year.
The Sohna eway, together with Delhi-Mumbai E, will provide a big connectivity/mobility boost to Sohna, serving as a major demand driver for South of Gurgaon. With all these new developments , the realty hotspot of Sohna will see good appreciation in property prices in the coming times.
