Gurugram Metro extension to boost property along Pataudi Road



The nod given by the Gurgaon Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) chaired by Haryana Chief Minister, to the extension of Delhi Metro to Old City, will open up doors for faster real estate development along fast emerging real estate corridor of Pataudi Road.

The 31 km new extension route of Delhi Metro will start from Huda City Centre and culminate at Cyber City. It will have 25 stations and pass through Subhash Chowk, Hero Honda Chowk, Sector, 10,9, 4 &7, Ashok Vihar, Sector 23, Palam Vihar, and Udyog Vihar. Two loops will further connect it to Dwarka Expressway (via Basai)   and Cyber City. To be implemented by the Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation , the Rs 5126 crore project will be completed by 2024-25.
