Greater Noida’s direct link with Delhi to boost affordable housing



Greater Noida Authority’s nod to Metro link to directly connect national capital with  Greater Noida through Dwarka- Noida Electronics City Blue Line will provide big connectivity push to real estate, particularly affordable housing.

The 14.5 km long new Delhi  Metro link  to be constructed by Noida Metro Rail Corporation will branch out from Botanical Garden Metro Station and terminate at  Aqua Line’s Sector 142 Noida  Metro station .This link will run parallel to Noida- Greater Noida Expressway after branching out from Botanical Garden Metro Station which will serve as interchange station linking commuters to Blue Line and Janakpuri West Botanical Garden Corridor. There will be additional connectivity between Greater Noida and Delhi through Botanical Garden- Sector 142 Metro link.

Says Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman , Assocham National Council on Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development & Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, ” This direct metro connectivity between Greater Noida and Delhi will make travel easier, hassle free and faster. Today large number of people working in Delhi and even Gurugram are living in Greater Noida to take advantage of availability of affordable housing there. This will in turn give further impetus to real estate, particularly affordable housing in Greater Noida”‘.
