Basai Chowk flyover to boost Dwarka Eway connectivity

The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has expedited the construction  work on Basai Chowk flyover and Railway Over Bridge (ROB)near Dhankot in Gurugram to improve connectivity to Dwarka Eway.
With the Authority setting new  mid 2020 deadline to complete  these two crucial infra projects, real estate in Dwarka Eway is set to get a major boost.

Basai Road  which is shortest route from the main city to reach Dwarka Eway poses a major traffic bottleneck as four roads converge here. However, after the  completion of Basai flyover and Dhankot ROB ,people coming from Hero Honda Chowk and heading towards Sectors 101,102, 104 on Dwarka Eway , Basai Chowk will get decongested . The upcoming ROB will join the Dwarka EWay via Sectors 101 and 104 dividing the road on the other side of the railway track It will bring relief to thousands of commuters as it will connect NH48 and Dwarka Eway.

Says Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman Assocham National Council on Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development and Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, ” Despite  thousands of people already living in Dwarka Eway, real estate growth there has been adversely impacted due to connectivity issue.  This high potential corridor has been fast emerging as a hub of affordable housing . The connectivity boost to Dwarka Eway will give a big momentum to real estate there”.
